Frequently asked questions
The transparency obligations of the EU Artificial Intelligence Act (Article 50) take effect from 2 August 2026. A transitional period applies to some provisions. During a consultation, we determine precisely what applies to you and when.
Not all of it. The obligation mainly applies to realistic, artificially generated or modified content – images, audio, video and certain text. Minor technical editing usually does not trigger it. We help determine the line in your specific case.
It depends on who publishes the content and what role they play. We help allocate responsibility correctly and enshrine it in contracts with partners and clients.
It is an internal document that sets out how AI tools are used in your company, how content is labelled, how data is processed and how responsibility is allocated. It is useful for any company where AI is used by employees or partners – it helps avoid risks and demonstrate compliance.
A consultation costs from €200 + VAT, and an AI usage policy costs €600 + VAT. The final price depends on the scope, and we agree the timeline immediately upon receiving your request.
